Our Simple Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
To keep it simple... We work really hard to handcraft our products.
Once an order is submitted, it is not eligible for alteration, cancellation or return. We begin processing orders immediately. Please be sure to verify your order before checking out. Please keep in mind there are only t w o people hand-crafting + shipping all orders. Please be patient when ordering. Our products are worth the wait.
We ask for a minimum of 5-7 Business Days for packaging + processing.
Please allow 7-14 business days if you ordered during a sale
or up to 4 weeks if ordered during Holiday Season (11/1-2/28)
(as we have an influx of orders during these times)
USPS usually takes 2-3 days for shipping and delivery.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all re-shipment fees.
If a package is not claimed within 7 DAYS of receipt - the package will be restocked and refunded, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
As a small business, we try to ship all orders out as soon as possible. However, we ask that you allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for processing. Currently, we ship USPS priority mail. The standard shipping time is 1-3 business days, once it leaves our facility. Some items require one day or more of processing at the post office.
Please be mindful that there may be shipping delays during the Holiday Season [November 1st - February 1st]. Please allow 4-6 weeks minimum for shipping during Holiday Shipping Season.
We ship all orders out in the order received, unless an item is out of stock, MADE TO ORDER or on pre-ordered status.
If any item in your cart is on pre-ordered status, your entire order will ship once the item is released. Please be mindful of this.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Ashley's Naturals is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged, due to an address error. Please be sure to verify your address before checking out as we do not manually input the addresses.

Ashley's Naturals is NOT responsible for any customs fees assessed as a result of international shipping. If the customer chooses not to pay any custom fees assessed, no refunds will be provided.
If there is an order discrepancy - all claims must be submitted to Ashley's Naturals within 3 business days of receipt, in order for a refund or replacement to be sent out. This is for both our protection and yours.
In the rare event that we decide to accept a return or exchange (where there was no error on our part or defect with the item), we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note this, before sending an item back.
In instances where a return/exchange is necessary; ie. an error on our end or damaged merchandise; if an exchange is not available, please see below for our refund policy:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
